Placing An Order
All orders are placed online using our shopping cart system. If you need assistance placing your order on our website, please contact us.

Method of Payment
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. 

Shipping Information
Sweet Escape products are shipped via Canada Post and FedEx. Flat Rate Shipping of $10 applies to Canadian orders and $14 to American orders. Free Shipping applies to both Canadian and American orders over $75. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 8-10 business days for your purchase to arrive.

Return Policy
We will only process returns for products purchased from www.sweetescapebeauty.com within 15 days of delivery. If you purchased a product from one of our retailers, you must follow their retail return policy. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. We will refund the purchase price of a product that is returned to us unopened, unused, in original packaging and with original receipt. Refunds, less any shipping charges, are credited to the original payment method. We recommend that you ship returned items with insurance and a tracking number as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. You must contact us at info@sweetescapebeauty.com for return instructions prior to shipping the item to us. If a product was damaged during shipping you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to receive instructions for an exchange. 

Out of Stock / Back Orders
Unfortunately a product may become out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If an item purchased is out of stock we will notify you by email. You then have the option for us to contact you when the item is back in stock or to refuse purchase of the item.
